Shipping policy

We understand that shipping costs can be a concern, which is why we strive to make it as affordable as possible. Our flat rate shipping cost is $10 NZ wide. 

Additional charges apply for deliveries to Stewart Island, Waiheke Island, Chatham Island, and Great Barrier Island. These charges are periodically recalculated to reflect changing costs. Items are dispatched using NZ Post, NZ Couriers, or Post Haste.

 

Each item is thoroughly inspected before dispatch and is packaged securely in a box and courier bag. Should you receive an item in less than satisfactory condition, please reach out to us immediately at info@myschoolshoes.co.nz.
